Unfortunately we can’t pick up at late night hours, please plan your arrival to Knoxville before 7.00 PM or if you arrive late night you can spend night at nearest to airport affordable motels. Please, contact us for additional information about accommodation in Knoxville

The driving distance from Knoxville to Pigeon Forge is one hour, and from Knoxville to Gatlinburg is an hour and thirty minutes. Please keep that in mind!

We are not a taxi service; our pickups are volunteer based on Christian hospitality. WH Embassy Volunteers are NOT paid by your agencies to assist you.

 

1 . Please email a copy of your air ticket (with date and time). Soon after you should receive an email with confirmation of your pick up arrangements.

2. You are required to send 2 more emails: one right before you board your flight to Knoxville and one immediately after you arrive there. We will give you further details on when and where you will be picked up. Otherwise, we will not be able to help you.

Very often during international travels because of the weather conditions, etc. your flight schedule might be changed WHILE you travel. You MUST notify us ASAP about any changes made to your arrival schedule and provide us with new arrival information.

3. Our pick up hours are 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM Monday through Saturday; If you arrive too late for us to pick you up, we would suggest that you stay at a hotel nearby. There are some motels in the area where you can stay for around 40$ a night. It’s still going to be cheaper to then pay for a taxi (about $100)
